New banking licenses have been obtained due to alteration of the Bank full name
| Due to alteration of JSCB “INDUSTRIALBANK” full name new banking licenses have been obtained: - banking license № 126 dd. 24.09.2009 issued by NBU - written permit №126-4 dd. 24.09.2009 issued by NBU to carry out individual operations according to list of operations of JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK “INDUSTRIALBANK” supplemented by operations considering for requirements of the Board of the National bank of Ukraine dd. 04.08.2009 № 446 "On amendments to some regulations of the National bank of Ukraine" - License issued by State Commission on Securities and Stock Market on the right to carry out professional activity in stock market activity related to: - securities trading: series AB, № 483696 dd. 23.09.2009 - brokerage activity: series АВ, № 483697 dd. 23.09.2009 - dealer activity: series АВ, № 483698 dd. 23.09.2009 - underwriting. |
