To the attention of the participants of the Industrialbank

Dear participant of the PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY, JOINT STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK "INDUSTRIALBANK" (hereinafter - the Bank),we inform you that in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Depository System of Ukraine" No. 5178-VI dated July 6, 2012, there were changes in the registration and confirmation procedure rights to issue securities and rights under them in the system of depositary record keeping of securities.     

Thus, according to clause 10 of section VI "FINAL AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS":  

"The owner of the securities that were dematerialized must apply to the depositary institution of the chosen issuer and conclude with it an agreement on servicing an account in securities on its own behalf or to transfer the rights to securities to its securities account opened in another depository institution. 

If the holder of the securities within one year from the day of the entry into force of this Law did not conclude with the chosen issuer with the depositary institution the agreement on servicing the securities account on his own behalf or did not transfer the transfer of his rights to securities into his securities account opened in another depository institution, the securities of such owner (which give the right to participate in the issuer's bodies) are not taken into account in determining the quorum and in voting at the issuer's bodies.

The restrictions on the taking into account of securities in quorum determination and voting at the issuer's bodies shall be established by the depositary institution in the depository registration system within one business day after the expiration of the term specified in the second paragraph of this paragraph.  The cancellation of such restrictions is carried out by the depositary institution within one business day after the conclusion of the securities account holder with the depositary institution of the agreement on servicing the securities account ... " 

In accordance with the decision of the general meeting of the Bank's participants as of March 31, 2010, PJSC "Zaporizhstal - AG" was selected as a custodian to service the issue of shares, on which a decision was taken on dematerialization. 

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that you need to contact the depositary institution of PJSC "Zaporizhstal - AG" in the period till 10.10.2014, located at the address: 69008, Zaporizhzhya, Pivdennoe shose, 72, tel. (061) 213-26-42, for the purpose of concluding an agreement on servicing an account in securities on your own behalf or for the transfer of the rights to securities belonging to you on your own securities account, opened at another depository institution.

At personal request to the depositary institution to have a passport with you and a certificate of identification number. When applying for mail, you must send an application for the conclusion of an agreement on servicing an account in securities (in an arbitrary form), a copy of the passport (1.2 pages and the registration form), a copy of the certificate of assignment of the identification number.

If these actions are not carried out from 13.10.2014, your shares will not be taken into account in determining the quorum and during voting at the general meeting of the participants of the Bank until the conclusion of the relevant agreement with the depositary institution.If you have already entered into agreements with depository institutions (custodians) before the entry into force of the said Law, you need to contact them (them) in order to bring the contracts into compliance with the current legislation.
